Three ways in

Pick the one that sounds like your week.

All three are established questionnaires, used the same way by clinicians everywhere. None of them diagnoses anything. They are a way of putting words to a fortnight, so that a conversation afterwards starts somewhere real.

about 5 minutes

The full self-check

The broadest of the three. Twenty-one statements covering low mood, the physical side of anxiety, and tension — answered together, so you can see which of them is actually weighing on you rather than guessing.

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Stress

about 3 minutes

Mood check

Nine questions about the last two weeks — sleep, appetite, energy, concentration, and how you have felt about yourself. Closer in than the full self-check, and the one to pick if it is low mood specifically that you want to look at.

  • Low mood
  • Sleep and energy
  • Concentration
  • Self-worth

about 2 minutes

Anxiety check

Seven questions about worry over the last two weeks — whether it starts, whether it stops, and what it does to your body. The shortest of the three, and the one to pick if it is worry rather than mood that has been loud.

  • Worry
  • Restlessness
  • Irritability
  • Dread

These questionnaires, and the response behind them, are overseen by Varadarajan Sundaramahalingam, clinical psychologistRCI Registration A 07719.

You can take more than one, and you can take the same one again later. Nothing is stored between attempts, so nothing is being tracked or compared on your behalf.
